| Meditation Made Simple
Meditation is common to every wisdom tradition both East
and West. In this easy-to-follow three-week class, you will
learn and practice several styles of meditation. Discover
its value in improving physical health, eliminating chronic
pain, relieving stress, clearing the busy mind, developing
creative intuition, and improving relationships with others.

Offered occasionally at Scottsdale & Mesa Community
Colleges, the Mindful Medicine Center, and the Scottsdale
